The Bahá'í Faith
If you don't already have a religion that you're happy with, try ours.  The Bahá'í Faith is the second most wide-spread religion on the planet with 17,000 local organizations in 185 countries.  Click here for the international website, or click here for the Emerald Coast of Florida site.  If you like to listen to podcasts, click here for our podcast that introduces the Bahá'í Faith to a Christian audience.

Christian Science
If you're a Christian and you want to explore spiritual healing within a Biblical context, you can't do better than to read Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy.  Here's where you can find more information about Christian Science.  Personally we use physical, spiritual and energetic treatments for whatever ails us at the moment, so we don't subscribe to the spiritual-only solution that is advocated by Christian Science, but their writings give you wonderful insight into the spiritual approach that is usually missing from most western solutions.

Buddhism
Here's a good, solid explanation of the Four Noble Truths and the Eight-fold path.  You need to understand this if you want to grow spiritually.  There's just no getting around it.  This will work well with your existing religion.

The Organic Consumers Association is an excellent source of information and a way for you to get involved in the struggle to improve the food supply in the USA.  Many of your friends and family are sick because of the poor quality and toxic content of our food, cosmetics and other personal items.  Don't rely on the government to take care of your interests!  Getting involved with organic foods and local farmers is one of the best things you can do for your health and wellness.
